In my mind, if there was ever an animated movie that was close in color vibrancy and effects to the real world, it had to be Finding Nemo. The characters were amazing as was the storyline. When my daughter's first birthday rolled around in March, it was spring and my cake had to be a burst of colors. Nemo was carved out of a 1/4 sheet vanilla cake with strawberry/banana and pudding filling. I decorated the features in butter-cream frosting to and placed it on a tray with the ocean backdrop.
