This cake really should be called "Time Pass". There was no occasion and I was bored out of my mind so Happy Miss Sunshine happened. This was a German Chocolate cake filled with a layer of coconut-pecan filling. Iced with whipped cream frosting and dressed in strawberry slices and m&m's, I think it looked happy happy.
