Okay, so if it's April, shouldn't the cake be decorated in Spring colors? Yes and no. First of all this is not your typical cake. It's chocolate fudge topped with mousse and wrapped in an envelope of white chocolate which serves as the bowl. It could very well have been done in Spring colors...but then how would it be April's Fool? :)
