A Purple Delight



















Quick! Grab a spoon and dig in!  This one won't last long on the plate...This is an individual serving of a flan enriched with seasonal black plums. This is the first time I tried my hand at a flan with fruits.  Traditionally, I use bread with milk, cream and eggs for my flan recipes. I am still debating whether this is best served warm or cold...
