This is an edible candy car inspired by the movie Cars. The technique: Pick a picture. Lay acetate film on top. Trace the picture using molten candy of various colors using piping bags with a fine tip. Let the candy set. Voila! A 100% edible car made entirely out of sugar, butter, cocoa and flavor. This was my first attempt at the transfer technique with chocolate/candy melts. I will perhaps use this art form on one of my cakes soon.
